GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

My time in the Army means I know everything there is to know about group training and how doing it with a personal trainer is an extremely motivating and effective way to lose weight and tone up.

I train groups of between two and four people who are similar in ability and fitness, usually in a local park near Clapham or Chelsea, depending on where you live.

I fully understand that you might feel shy and vulnerable about working out with others, but you will be surprised by how quickly you relax into group personal training. You will be working with others who share your goals and want to have fun and get results as much as you do.

I take special care to make sure the needs of everyone in my group training sessions are taken care of. Nobody gets left behind.

If you’re not a morning person, group training might be the best option for you as I usually hold sessions in the evenings.

My fitness expertise and various qualifications have allowed me to design a programme which incorporates Kettlebells, TRX (resistance training), calisthenics (using your own body weight), and cardio routines from boxing to circuit training.

Avoiding boredom is one of the keys to success. We will regularly assess your progress to ensure that you stay on track to achieving your goals and avoiding plateaus. Your workout routine will be varied and exciting – and I guarantee you will never get bored!

As well as for individuals looking to meet friends and boost their motivation by working out with others, my group training sessions in Tooting Clapham Streatham and Wandsworth are also popular with friends or family who train together.
